Baking in Bulk

Sourdough After some time away I refreshed my starter and made some dough this morning. In my wisdom I decided that I would double the quantity of dough, this mixture only just fitted in my bowl and it was heavy to work but I managed, I hope there is enough room in the freezer for the loaves. ¬†One of the loaves is a bit wonky because it stuck to the proving basket and maybe the rolls are not as well fired as the loaves but I’m sure they will be ok.
