Sea Bass with Warm Salsa

Sea Bass with Warm Salsa

Brian is out for lunch today so I have taken the opportunity to have something he would rather not have. Fish. I use this salsa recipe with so many things, chicken, pork chops, pasta, and now fish. It is really quick to prepare and delicious. I will give the recipe for the salsa but not the fish it is just pan fried.

Warm Salsa (serves 1 but easy to scale up)

2 tomatoes deseeded and chopped.
1 clove of garlic finely chopped.
Dried chilli flakes to your taste.
Olives as many as you want chopped.
1tsp capers, if you like them.
1-2 tbsp good olive oil, (I like 2 so that I can mop up the warm juices with bread)!

Put everything in a small pan and warm through, you don’t want to cook anything so don’t use a high heat.
